What does Mobile Keys need?
Bluetooth-enabled locks
The lock must be a supported Bluetooth-enabled configuration. Check the listed lock software for each entry.
A supported app
Use the FLEXIPASS app, or add key functionality to a supported guest app with the Mobile Key SDK.
Connectivity to download
Guests need a connection to download or update a key. A downloaded key works without one until it expires.
Device permissions
Plan for supported phones, Bluetooth permissions and a physical-keycard fallback.
