The FLEXIPASS Wallet Key workflow issues a digital credential through the hotel’s supported integration. It is not a tool for scanning or copying a plastic keycard. The hotel, wallet, device and reader must support the setup.
No. A Wallet Key is a room-access credential. Payment acceptance is a separate service and does not establish that a hotel supports wallet room keys.
FLEXIPASS can review a Wallet Key workflow around your supported PMS and compatible Vingcard / Vostio setup. Confirm reservation and room data, completed check-in, key delivery, eligible devices and fallback access before rollout. PMS connectivity alone does not make a lock wallet-compatible.
