FLEXIPASS GUIDE · FLEXIPASS PRICING

FLEXIPASS pricing
built for your property

FLEXIPASS does not publish a price list. Each hotel gets its own proposal, because the setup behind the key differs at every property: the door-lock system, the PMS or guest app and the key types your guests should use. We review your property setup, you get a compatibility check and a pilot proposal, and you go live with your first property.

How do you get a FLEXIPASS proposal?

  1. Run the compatibility check for your lock models and PMS, or book a demo.
  2. Share your lock model, access software and PMS details, so we can review your locks, hotel systems and guest workflow.
  3. You get a compatibility check and a pilot proposal for your property.
  4. Go live with your first property, with keycards kept as a fallback.

What is your proposal based on?

Your door locks

Your lock system and access software, and which key types they support. The compatibility check lists this for each lock model.

Your PMS or guest app

Whether your PMS or guest app is integrated with FLEXIPASS. Without a PMS connection, Mobile Keys can be sent from the FLEXIPASS portal.

Your key types

Wallet Keys, Webkeys, Mobile Keys or PIN Codes, alone or combined, so each guest can use the key that suits them.

Your guest workflow

How guests check in and receive their key, and what happens on room moves, late check-outs and check-out.

What can come from your lock supplier?

Lock software and hardware

Some properties need lock software changes, licences, readers, connectivity or hardware upgrades. Ask your lock supplier what their quote covers.

Keycards as a fallback

Digital keys and keycards work at the same time, so keep keycards for dead batteries, unsupported phones or failed downloads.

QUICK ANSWERS

Good questions. Clear answers.

How much does FLEXIPASS cost?

FLEXIPASS does not publish a price list. Each hotel gets a pilot proposal after we review its property setup: the door-lock system, the PMS or guest app and the key types guests should use. Run the compatibility check or book a demo to get yours.

Why is there no public FLEXIPASS price list?

Because the setup behind the key is different at every hotel. A property with ASSA ABLOY Vingcard locks on VOSTIO and wallet-capable readers, one with SALTO PIN keypads and one without a PMS connection need different work, so each proposal is prepared for that property’s locks, PMS and key types.

Do we have to buy new locks to use FLEXIPASS?

Not necessarily. FLEXIPASS adds digital keys to supported existing lock systems, so you may be able to keep your locks. Some properties need software changes, licences, readers, connectivity or hardware upgrades.

Can we start with one hotel in a group?

Yes. After the compatibility check and the pilot proposal, you go live with your first property. FLEXIPASS connects your PMS and locks once for every key type, so further properties run on the same platform.

Can we keep key cards alongside digital keys?

Yes. With FLEXIPASS, digital keys and physical keycards can be used at the same time, and a keycard stays the fallback for a dead battery or an unsupported phone.

Do digital keys work with our PMS?

FLEXIPASS Wallet Keys, Webkeys, Mobile Keys and PIN Codes work with PMS and guest experience apps, and FLEXIPASS lists 100+ PMS, guest-app and lock integrations. Mobile Keys can also be sent from the FLEXIPASS portal without a PMS connection.
