with Wallet Keys?
Wallet Keys put the room key in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. Guests tap a supported phone or watch at a compatible reader. Support depends on the lock software, the reader and the guest’s device.
What does Wallet Keys need?
Wallet-capable readers
The door needs readers that support wallet credentials. Not every lock of a listed brand has them.
Compatible access software
The lock software must be a listed configuration. Entries marked coming soon are not available yet.
Supported guest device
Guests need a supported phone or watch with Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.
No key app
The key is added to the wallet. No separate key app is needed.
