What is the difference between the four access types?
Wallet Keys live in a supported device wallet. Webkeys run in a smartphone browser with supported online locks. Mobile Keys work through a compatible app over Bluetooth. PIN Codes are entered at a compatible door keypad.
Can we keep physical keycards?
Hotels can continue to issue physical hotel keycards through their door lock software for guests who do not have a compatible smartphone or prefer not to use a Digital Key.
