With the Akia + FLEXIPASS integration, guests receive their digital room key delivered directly where they already communicate — SMS, WhatsApp, or email. FLEXIPASS transmits its secure Webkey link (or Wallet/Mobile Key if configured) via Akia's automated messaging, so there's no need for guests to download another app simply to receive their key.
