It sounds grand, but yes we’ve got big ideas at FLEXIPASS. We deliver various digital key technologies to chains, hotels, PBSA, hostels and serviced apartments ranging from Wallet keys, digital APP keys to Webkeys.

🧑🏻💻 About the role
As a Junior Sales Manager and Customer Success you will be joining our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be passionate and tenacious about changing the hospitality industry through innovative technologies. Our goal is to radically ease the digital key guest journey. It’s impossible to capture every nuance of a role – especially at a fast growing company like FLEXIPASS so we are looking for ambitious people;)!
✅ Your Keyless mission:
Present a high-level introduction of FLEXIPASS to potential clients/prospects and partners
Contact and source potential clients through our partners, analysis, digital sales, networking during dedicated events, calls (also cold calling) and emails.
Willing to travel to dedicated venues throughout the US and Canada (approx. 12 to 20 events yearly) as well as team building events and team meetings in various locations (Europe)
Qualify leads from Website enquiries and marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.
Identify and qualify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
Build long-term trusting relationships with clients and partners
Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
Drive and organize meetings with (prospective) clients
Report to the Management on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) activity and results.
Stay up-to-date with all new FLEXIPASS products/services and new pricing/payment plans.

Fluent in English, additional languages are welcomePrevious experience within a similar SaaS BDR position is desirable
Previous Hospitality experience
A desire to forge a career in Hospitality Tech Sales.
Ability to work in a fast-paced company, both independently or as part of a team.
Customer oriented with a mindset focused on being the voice of the customer internally.
Ability to take feedback, learn quickly and adapt to new situations.
A driver of new ideas and suggestions in order to move the company forward.
Outgoing, social, ready to communicate with employees, customers and partners across the USA + Canada and different organizational levels.
A genuine interest in new technologies that bring innovation in hospitality.
Last but not least, highly motivated, structured and organized.
