Which key technologies can I use?
The GuestDiary + FLEXIPASS integration path lists Webkeys. Your complete platform-and-lock combination must support the selected technology; a provider listing alone does not confirm every installation.
Do guests need to download an app?
Supported Webkeys open in a browser without a separate key app. Mobile Keys require a compatible app; Wallet Keys require a supported wallet and device. Availability depends on your complete setup.
Can this reduce reception queues?
It can reduce the card-collection step for eligible guests when access follows completed check-in. Registration, identity checks, payment and room readiness still need a clear process. Keep staff assistance available.
