Who connects CASY to digital hotel keys?
FLEXIPASS offers an integration path from CASY to supported digital room access. The PMS configuration, door locks and guest-delivery workflow determine the available key options.
Which key technologies can I use?
The CASY + FLEXIPASS integration path lists Webkeys. Your complete platform-and-lock combination must support the selected technology; a provider listing alone does not confirm every installation.
Do guests need to download an app?
Supported Webkeys open in a browser without a separate key app. Mobile Keys require a compatible app; Wallet Keys require a supported wallet and device. Availability depends on your complete setup.
Can this reduce reception queues?
It can reduce the card-collection step for eligible guests when access follows completed check-in. Registration, identity checks, payment and room readiness still need a clear process. Keep staff assistance available.

Do we need to replace our locks?
Not necessarily. Supported existing hardware may be usable, but connectivity, readers, software or licences can still need changes. FLEXIPASS reviews the exact installation before recommending a setup.
What if a guest cannot use their phone?
Keep staff assistance and a tested alternative, such as a physical keycard. PIN Codes are another option only where the complete system supports a compatible keypad.
